Tim and Mary Wood of The Olive Rabbit B&B in Tūrangi emerged as the winners of the Essence of Bed & Breakfast Award, and Angie & Garth London from Whakaipo Lodge achieved highly commended recognition in the Essence of Bed & Breakfast Award category Our Marketing Director Gina Paladini attended the conference sharing some tips about ChatGPT, and was able to celebrate the moment with them all:   "Congratulations to all of the finalists and a special toast to our three amazing customers!
